ADMISSION AND APPLICATION PROCEDURE FOR UNIVERSITY TRANSFER STUDENTS

For All Undergraduate Programs (BBA, BSC, BSc (Economics), LLB etc.):

Candidate seeking transfer of credits from another university/institution must bring
1. A No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the previous university/institute and the Ministry of Higher Education, Afghanistan.
2. A Character Certificate stating that the student has not been expelled on the basis of misconduct, indiscipline or any other undesirable activities.
All documents must be authenticated by a signature and seal of the previous university/institute.
The documents from the previous university/institute must be attested by the Ministry of Higher Education Afghanistan.
Course outline duly authenticated by the previous university/institute must be produced for evaluation.
Credits will be acceptable as TC for courses passed with “C” grade/70%/2.0 GP or equivalent.
Detailed and final decision is taken by Equivalence/Evaluation Committee on a course to course basis.
Maximum credit equal to 40% of the total credits of the degree program of Kardan IHE may be accepted as transfer credits.
